General Manager

Tim brings more than 25 years of leadership and management experience to Landmark by Hillwood. As General Manager, Tim oversees daily operations with a focus on enhancing resident satisfaction and fostering a strong sense of community. His background includes roles as Senior Association Manager and Portfolio Manager with FirstService Residential, where he consistently delivered exceptional service and built lasting relationships with residents and stakeholders. Before transitioning to residential property management, Tim spent 19 years in hotel management with Marriott Corporation, honing his skills in hospitality, customer service, and team leadership. His deep understanding of service excellence and operational efficiency makes him an asset to Landmark and the Denton area.

Senior Lifestyle Director

Page is a nationally award-winning Senior Lifestyle Director with over 20 years of experience in partnership building, event planning, marketing, and program development. Her career highlights include serving in the First Lady’s Office at The White House and working with Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, honing her expertise in communications and engagement. Now rooted in Denton, Page leads the Landmark Lifestyle Program with a passion for integrating local arts, music, and culinary traditions into community life. With a proven track record of creating dynamic lifestyle programs and unforgettable events, Page continues to elevate community living through innovation, authenticity, and heart. 

George, Landmark’s beloved “Barketing Manager,” is a micro-mini goldendoodle and a registered therapy dog who brings joy and wagging tails to every event, ensuring the community feels warm and welcoming.

AMY MASSINGILL
Director of Wellness in Nature

Amy is our Wellness in Nature Director. She is passionate about connecting people to nature through education, immersive experiences, and environmental stewardship. Amy is a Texas Master Naturalist and spent the past fourteen years as the Outdoor Education Director for a YMCA camp in North Texas. With a heart for community engagement, her programs encourage curiosity, inspire respect for nature, and empower individuals to be good stewards of the land. Amy is certain that meaningful experiences in nature are foundational to human health and sustainable communities. You will often here her say “time spent with nature is never wasted”.
